There are multiple sections through which the Homex team can manage the construction, sales and rentals from the system. For construction they can create the projects where they can mention it’s type, i.e. plots, houses or apartments, attach the master plan of the project, mention the amenities required and other details of the project. By viewing the projects they can easily know how many units of houses are sold and unsold. Before these projects are ready to be sold they need to be constructed and everything starting from managing the required materials, equipment, daily labour management, etc can be managed from here. The team can even create a detailed POW before starting the project for better execution.
Once the project is complete they can start selling the houses to the potential buyers. They can manage all those leads from here. Once the buyer has made a purchase they can even keep a track of how many deposits have been paid by the buyer and how many are left. They even rent their properties so they can even manage their tenants from here, check if they have received the rent or not and even know if any property is available to be given on rent or not. They can manage their accounts from here as well. They can know their expenditure in terms of material cost, labour cost, capital expenditures, etc and can keep a check on income as well. They can get a full fledged, detailed financial reports in terms of balance sheet, cash flow and income statement.
