About StratGraph
Turning Distributed Expert Knowledge into Actionable Intelligence
StratGraph was designed for defense intelligence teams that rely heavily on expert knowledge spread across individuals, departments, documents, and research areas. Traditional document repositories often store information but fail to capture the relationships between experts, questions, topics, organizations, regions, and resources.
StratGraph solves this by placing experts at the center of an interactive knowledge graph. Users can register as experts, contribute answers, upload documents, explore relationships visually, run natural language queries, and identify gaps across the organization’s knowledge base. The platform also includes a Foreign Interference Assessment framework to support structured analysis across ANALYSE, ADDRESS, and EVALUATE phases.
Project Challenges

Natural Language Graph Queries : Users needed to query Neo4j in plain English through safe, read-only Cypher generation without risking unintended database changes.
Intelligence Framework Classification : The system had to classify questions across ANALYSE, ADDRESS, and EVALUATE phases with confidence scores and transparent analyst review.
