Clinic-Wide Monitoring

Developed a Super Admin command center for monitoring clinic activity while continuously improving platform reliability, compliance, voice latency, and overall clinical usability.

The Outcome

HealthCare Assistant successfully launched as a live AI healthcare platform with ongoing enhancements, helping reduce manual workload for doctors and improving the structure of patient documentation. The system automated patient intake and follow-up calls, converted conversations into structured clinical summaries, and surfaced critical insights through doctor and admin dashboards. Secure call logging, private recording access, GCP-based audio archiving, patient export options, and HIPAA-compliant workflows strengthened the platform’s reliability and data protection. AI prompt guardrails reduced hallucination risk, while Vapi latency tuning and pronunciation improvements made the voice assistant more natural and professional. With the addition of a Super Admin command center, advanced doctor filtering, patient analytics, and avatar fallback handling, the platform evolved from an AI voice prototype into a practical healthcare operations tool ready for continued scaling.
