Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.
Simplicity is not the goal. It is the by-product of a good idea and modest expectations.
Any product that needs a manual to work is broken.
When you reach for the stars you may not quite get one, but you won't come up with a handful of mud either.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
Quality means doing it right even when no one is looking.
I put my heart and my soul into my work, and have lost my mind in the process.
He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.
Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?
Michael Jordan once said, ‘Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.’ We are in this for the long haul. We are here to win the championships. Thus, having a perfect squad means everything. We understand that our team is the most critical element of this entire setup. So, we’d want to get it right more than anything else. Now, every company wants the best people to work for them. Some companies try several tactics to lure in well-experienced professionals, the All-Stars. Others try the Moneyball approach and set up a team of people that make perfect sense in their fancy resumes. But as the champ said, these strategies could them you a few games, it won’t win them the championships.
You see, the trick is to get the company’s mission right first. Set a philosophy for the team and then bring in only such team members who can connect to that philosophy. This generates a unified team spirit, which in-turn becomes the soul of the company. No wonder it is called ‘spirit’. The irony is that everyone knows the importance of team spirit, but sadly it is the most conveniently ignored factor in the business world. We think that’s a very toxic compromise to make on a longer run. Thus, we’ve worked hard to set up a team of individuals who are diverse by skills & backgrounds, but are united by their philosophy of work. We take our team spirit very seriously and we’re extremely fortunate to have such a zealous team in our studio.

As a 3rd generation of self-made entrepreneurs, Dip always knew what he was cut-out for. He is a passionate fellow with a profound love for creating well-designed, well-functioning software products. He began his career as a programmer and learnt all the nuances of creating good apps. He has a mind of an analyst and the heart of a salesman. For an engineer, he does a pretty decent job. Value generation for his clients is his end game. He pushes everyone at Creole Studios to create something that touches people’s lives & outlives them. He claims to watch over 300 movies a year and you’ll find him reading weird books whenever he is not on his Macbook.

(the people magnet)
Due to his fancy MBA from an elite institute, Anant brings chaos under order. But he isn’t all suit & tie. The man has a heart too. He is a practical guy and worships MS Excel. But he also wants to create a platform that generates sustainable wealth for everyone at Creole Studios. He did his engineering with Dip and thus they go way back. He is the yin to Dip’s Yang and together they create an invincible team. Anant is a total travel junkie and wants to travel all the countries in the world. The count has already reached 12 so far. For a vegan, that’s quite impressive. Dip teases him as Mr. Worldwide!
Head Evangelist - iOS & Co-founder
Nirmal has been writing code for iOS apps since 2009! Even today he remembers what was it like creating apps in XCode 3.0. He tells stories of those times to his fellow teammates of iOS programming team as if they happened decades ago. He has been keeping up with all the updates that Apple has been bombarding to the developers every year. He manages the entire team of iOS programmers at the studio. Nirmal is a simple guy with big dreams. For some reason that none of us are able to figure out, this dude is an ardent fan of WWF wrestling and has never missed a single fight of John Cena.
Head Evangelist - Web & Cloud
(the screw-it-let’s-do-it guy)
He did his engineering from one of the finest universities in the country. Ever since he began writing code, he has been fixated on PHP. He dreams to be make a remarkable contribution to the open source community someday. Despite his amazing technical grooming, he is a humble soul and is always game for learning something new. With over a decade of coding behind him, he still has a lot of juice left in him. Ask him anything about any famous match of Cricket played after 1998 and he’d tell you its entire synopsis. Like Nirmal, he too has a weird fetish: he likes trucks a lot.
