Michael Jordan once said, ‘Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.’ We are in this for the long haul. We are here to win the championships. Thus, having a perfect squad means everything. We understand that our team is the most critical element of this entire setup. So, we’d want to get it right more than anything else. Now, every company wants the best people to work for them. Some companies try several tactics to lure in well-experienced professionals, the All-Stars. Others try the Moneyball approach and set up a team of people that make perfect sense in their fancy resumes. But as the champ said, these strategies could them you a few games, it won’t win them the championships.
You see, the trick is to get the company’s mission right first. Set a philosophy for the team and then bring in only such team members who can connect to that philosophy. This generates a unified team spirit, which in-turn becomes the soul of the company. No wonder it is called ‘spirit’. The irony is that everyone knows the importance of team spirit, but sadly it is the most conveniently ignored factor in the business world. We think that’s a very toxic compromise to make on a longer run. Thus, we’ve worked hard to set up a team of individuals who are diverse by skills & backgrounds, but are united by their philosophy of work. We take our team spirit very seriously and we’re extremely fortunate to have such a zealous team in our studio.
