Unifying Retail POS with Backend Supply Chain Logistics.

Creole Studios partnered with a rapidly growing retail and distribution enterprise in Jeddah to develop OmniTrack. The cloud-based platform empowers businesses to connect their front-end sales terminals directly with back-end warehouse logistics and fleet tracking. We approached the development with an MVP focused on offline-capable POS software, real-time multi-warehouse inventory syncing, and automated distribution routing. By bridging the gap between customer checkout and supply chain operations, OmniTrack delivers flawless operational visibility for multi-location businesses.

Bridging the Gap Between Retail Sales and Warehouse Operations.

OmniTrack is an integrated cloud software platform designed to solve the disconnect between retail storefronts and backend logistics. Built to handle high-volume retail environments, the platform acts as both a robust Point-of-Sale (POS) system and an intelligent warehouse management tool. By automatically triggering inventory restocks, tracking delivery fleets, and managing multi-branch stock transfers, OmniTrack enables retail chains across the Kingdom to scale rapidly without losing control of their supply chain.

Project Challenges

Disjointed Front and Back Ends

Previous systems required manual data entry to reconcile retail sales with warehouse inventory, leading to severe stock discrepancies and out-of-stock scenarios.

Network Unreliability

Retail outlets in remote locations faced internet drops, causing traditional cloud POS systems to freeze during customer checkouts.

Complex Multi-Branch Logistics

Tracking inventory movement from the central distribution hub to dozens of retail branches required complex logistical oversight that legacy tools couldn’t handle.

Localized Payment Integration

The system needed seamless integration with local Saudi payment infrastructures to handle fast, secure checkouts.

How did we help?

We partnered with the client to streamline disconnected retail and logistics operations through a scalable omnichannel platform tailored for high-volume retail environments. Starting with MVP planning and workflow analysis, we developed an offline-first POS system capable of maintaining uninterrupted checkout operations during internet outages while automatically syncing sales and inventory data once connectivity was restored.

Alongside the POS infrastructure, we built a centralized logistics and warehouse management module that provided real-time inventory visibility, automated branch restocking, and intelligent stock transfer tracking across multiple locations. By integrating local Saudi payment gateways, ZATCA-compliant invoicing, and cloud-based operational dashboards, we delivered a unified ecosystem that improved retail efficiency, reduced manual dependency, and enabled the client to scale operations confidently across Saudi Arabia.
