Optimizing Urban Spaces Through Real-Time Parking Data.

ParkEase is a smart parking management platform designed to alleviate urban congestion and improve the driver experience. As cities like Riyadh expand rapidly, finding parking has become a major pain point. ParkEase connects physical parking infrastructure—like boom barriers and ground sensors—with a user-friendly mobile app. This allows drivers to view live parking availability, reserve a bay before arrival, and utilize contactless entry and exit, turning a previously chaotic process into a streamlined digital journey.

Real-Time Data Latency

Parking availability changes by the second. Displaying accurate, real-time data from physical ground sensors to the user’s mobile app without delay was a significant technical hurdle.
